It would be more appropriate if I could give zero stars....
If you are hoping to actually stay in a hotel after booking through Avanti then DO NOT book through them! After booking a room through them weeks in advance( for an upcoming soccer tournament), as well as receiving a confirmation e-mail and verifying my reservation the Friday before leaving I was told upon check in that there was NO reservation for my family and there were no rooms available. Due to multiple events in the same city we were, there were no hotel rooms available at any other hotels in the area, therefore, myself and my family were forced to sleep in our car that night. To make matters worse there was a fee showing on our credit card for the room!! I contacted Avanti directly on Monday morning and was given the run around for about a week and a half and finally was told by Bob, Whom I believe to be the owner, That it is NOT their responsibility and we would be getting NO compensation for sleeping in our car for the weekend. I am writing this review to save you from the "glitch" in their system!! You will be better off just booking on your own and dealing with the hotel yourself... save yourself the backache from sleeping in your car!!
