I always order cakes from here and never been an issue. I ordered 30 cupcakes for my son's good bye party. They were dry as a bone and the icing sucked. I'm pissed!
I work in nocatee alot, so we go to publix for lunch to get some hot wings.They never have any fresh around noon when most people eat, they cook them at 9 o clock. I want them fresh, not 3 hours old so I try to call ahead to order some and not have to wait 30 minutes. They NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE IN THE DELI! The one time I did place a order, I got there 45 minutes later and they tried to give me wings that were almost 4 hours old and 'forgot' to make my order. So I still had to wait 30 minutes, when realistically it takes 15 minutes to batter, fry and box 20 wings
I want to give 5 stars to Josh the manager at the deli counter. The 3 stars are for the people behind the counter. I ordered my lunch meat online as i have tried to order at the counter but the banter that exists between the employees makes that a 30 minute venture in it self!!! My order should have been ready by 425, was ordered at 335. I showed up at 445 and it was still not ready. Josh the new deli manager was very accommodating when I went to complain. I learned at the check out counter that Josh was a new manager, and a very good one, so I am very hopeful that this type of situation will not happen in the future!!!
So we go to customer service, they took their time (were very slow), and they could have done a better job. They usually do much better in service and publix is known for that.
Best publix ever. Super nice staff. Everything you expect when you walk into a publix you get at this one.
We were at Publix on Sunday to get a few items and they had a lot of the buy 1 get 1. Anyways, they had that on pita bread, same brand, everything except slightly different in size.
