Never had a bad service or bad drink by the pool. It's a real 5 star establishment from the moment you walk in.
Foot massage wonderful with sha butter. However, when it comes to the face.
My husband and I came here for his 40th birthday and it was truly wonderful. We both felt incredibly pampered and relaxed. For a few hours, we forgot about the world! We both agreed we had the best massage we've had in a very long time. We really liked being able to make a whole morning out of our massages by lounging and swimming in the pool, enjoying the steam room and relaxing in the hot tub. We also ordered lunch ahead of time and it was ready after our massage. The food was pretty expensive ($20 salad, $19 wrap) but it was really delicious. There really isn't anything I could complain about here - it's about as close to perfection as it can get. Highly recommend if you are looking for a special spa time. We can't wait to go back.
Was disappointed when my party and I were left to fend for ourselves when we arrived. Nobody at the desk offered to take us back and there was not a soul in the locker room or at the desk in the back. I had to do the tour for my friends who had never been there.
All I can say is tell them if you are not 100% happy. THEY WANT YOU TO BE HAPPY! My first experience here was phenomenal. My second was not. But the management took care of everything. I will be back. You should go. You will not regret it.
