Wok N Roll doesn't deliver but at least they don't disappoint.
I've ordered from them a few times and every time it was disappointing. I kept trying them thinking maybe I just had bad luck, but after my 3rd attempt I gave up. I ordered bourbon chicken but what I ended up getting was some kind of chicken that had been seasoned with an overwhelming amount of ginger. In all seriousness my dog wouldn't eat it.
They have a problem with their credit card system. It only happens on occasion. Not sure if they have a dedicated line or not for the credit cards, as I have ordered before and it was fine. I tried to explain to the manager that I ordered from another place with no problem, but she seemed to think because another customers card went through fine it was not their problem.
Worst experience ever, placed order to go including chicken egg foo young and were given a couple tablespoons of gravy for 3 patties! When we called about if after arriving home to eat we were told they would deliver the gravy and never showed! When I asked what happened they simply stated had an error on address and tried calling on an out of state number. We were offered no compensation on a meal we couldn't even eat. Terrible customer service. Will not try again.
Greatest food and service ever. Most of these 1 star stories are fake. I'm Korean and Chinese and most of these people don't know what REAL Chinese food is. They only want the Americanized Chinese food. This is real stuff, wit fresh meat and vegetables. Very good food and I like it a lot.
Best Chinese food in town! I ordered delivery and they said 40-45 minutes and my food got to my house in 30 minutes. The food is flavorful and their vegatables are very fresh as well. Their menu has a variety of options to choose from. If u don't know what to get, I recommend the bourbon chicken. I would recommend this place to everyone that likes Chinese.
