Since moving to this area, my packages are ALWAYS at least a week late, if not more. And good luck getting them to answer the phone.

Not wonder they are losing business. I will always try to go to the ups store instead and I will incourage everyone I know to go to ups.
Also they do not ever answer their phone.
Ever since we lost out long time mail person our mail delivery really is terrible. Miss directed mail and late delivery seems to be a norm. Today we found our mail in a empty house mail box. We were delivered two others mail in our box. Is this what we can expect from postal employees. We like our previous contract mailman. This is not a hard job but it does require using your eyes.
Attractive building and setting for the Post Office. I was there mid-day. The line was short and moving fast. Staff friendly and helpful.
Ponte vedra post office is the worst post office. There is always a line and do you know why?? Because the only two men that are working insist on having these god awful long conversations with the customers. Keep in mind most of these customers are in their 60's with nothing better to do but stand there and talk to the post men while the post men see how long the line is. They can certainly move the line along. This happens every time I'm in there. It's rude.
