Horrible service- I agree with the other reviews. This one gentlemen needs to learn some customer service skills. He is very short and rude- almost like he does not want to be there. If that is the case hire a person who does. I will no longer use this location.
This place is expensive, rude, and they did a terrible job. I had my suit jacket cleaned here. I made the mistake of not asking for price because i was in such a rush. They charged almost twice the amount anywhere else. When I got home with my jacket, i noticed that it still had the same residue on the sleeve. I took it back the next day and the guy at the counter tried to tell me it couldn't have been missed and that it was completely clean when I picked it up. He then told me that it had to be a new residue. I showed him that the ticket was still attached and he rolled his eyes while saying he'll have it cleaned again. I picked it up a few days later and the residue was still there. He then said that they weren't able to take it off and that if they tried to clean it again, they would end up putting holes in the sleeves.
This place is terrible. Stopped in for convenience purposes, and did not end up that way at all. First, they are way over priced. Did not realize that until I picked up my dry cleaning because they have no price list displayed, nor do they offer one to be taken with you. On top of that it takes them FOUR DAYS to turn your dry cleaning. My regular cleaners is half the price and I can drop off in the morning and pickup in the afternoon. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. Never again.

This Drycleaners has repeatedly not provided the requested service to fold shirts. With my husband's travel, the shirts need to be folded. The clerk today would not fold the shirts to provide customer service. We will have to take our business to another company.
I took it to another dry cleaning shop and "miraculously" they were able to take it off in the first try. Needless to say, I will never come here again.
