I came back in and they completely ignored me. I Wasted 40 minutes waiting for a 5 min men's haircut. Terrible service.

The price is never the same every person has a different price one time you'll pay 20 the next time you'll pay 40 then you'll pay 50 the price system is not professional would recommend unless you have a lot of money to pay different prices each time
About a year ago I went to Hair Cuttery to have a hair cut by Kristy on the recommendations of friends in Del Webb. The five women I know who are her clients could not seem to praise her enough! She takes the time to discuss what you want and follows through with a wonderful haircut. An added plus is that she is a great conversationalist too...the time flies by.
I waited 25+ minutes for them and they couldn't wait 30 seconds for me.
I walked in and no one acknowledged me or welcomed me. No one would walk up front . Finally, after sitting there for 25 minutes I asked someone about the wait time and they said it would be over an hour. Terrible customer service. Won’t be going back.
I was told there was a10-15 minute wait.
After 20 minutes I stepped outside to take a personal call as I waited. Another customer came in after me and they didn't bother to alert me that they where ready for me.
