I'm not sure how the dr is but the front desk lady is a real b. We had what we thought was a 9:00 am appointment and arrived at 8:54. She said it was for 8:45 and would ot let us in. There were no other patients waiting amd this was after informing the dr that we had 2 sick babies. Seriously I wanted to go off on the front lady. She needs to retire and never be heard from again. She actually said nothing but we can't see you. It was a wow face moment for sure. I would be ok if the place burned down.
I love this pediatricians office. We drive all the way from Middleburg (an hour away) to see them. If either one of my kids are sick they are great about getting them in that day at either this office or the one in Jax.
Did a Meet and Greet and they agreed to accept my 11 yr old as a patient. Completed the records release form. Several weeks and many hoops later (trying to get records) they decided they were not accepting new patients. Very dishonest and now claiming I was told at meet and greet they would not accept her as a new patient. When I challenged this it was dubbed as a "miscommunication". I consider it a blessing in disguise to find out the dishonesty prior to joining their practice.
We only had Dr. Mary for a short time as we adopted our son from Florida, but her, her office, and staff were all AMAZING! It's been difficult to replace here in Colorado. They have a divided sick/well waiting room, amazing friendly nurses, and the front desk lady was always so sweet with us. We will miss them!
